After watching the movie "Food, Inc" asked Joel Salatin (he is the charismatic, hat-wearing farmer who processes his chickens in the outdoors) to come talk with me for a bit. What a great show it was! Be sure and listen to the second half too, as Joel shares detailed instructions about how to make a living a just a little bit of land (and not necessarily YOUR land!)
