7 days to get you "looking where it's good."
There is a good chance that you have heard about the power of Gratitude. It's all over the news, many important studies tell us about the huge importance of living in a state of Gratitude, and well, we all want to get there and live happily ever after - but sometimes, it's not so easy.
Because I am a deep believer in Gratitude as a direct path to inner peace / Happiness - I would like to help.
As as start, here are two pieces of good news:
1) Like many things, "looking where it's good" is nothing more than a habit. Just as is "looking where it's bad" is a habit. Habits can be changed.
2) With many things, once we start to see how much happier we are when we do it, we want to do it more. Looking where it's good definitely makes us happier. Faster.

Each day for seven days (including the weekend), I am going to send you a tiny little bit of homework. No big deal. nothing hard, and no pop quiz at the end. Just a 5-6 minutes assignment. All you need to do is... do it. And that's it.
