Even though it can be taken on its own, Lighten Up! is the first course of my Essential Happiness Program.

This is not a course about organizing your cupboards (although it will make that a breeze)

No, no. This is so much bigger.

This is a course about getting rid of the extra “stuff” that weighs down our lives, and slows down our life force.

The stuff-stuff but also (and especially) the mind-stuff, the heart-stuff and the schedule-stuff.
This is a course about getting FREE from all these life-sucking forms of clutter.

We will address physical clutter, emotional clutter, psychological clutter as well as time and relationship clutter.

We will set you FREE.

This course is the same course I have shared with hundreds of people, including the US Navy. It is the first part of my Essential Happiness Program and it has changed many, many lives and I know that it will change yours. It's a promise.
