2021 will mark the eighth year sharing the joy and beauty of this deeply special fishing village with very special people, and each year I am more and more awed by the Transformation that takes place during that one big week.
Between the Beauty of the place, the Ease, Warmth and Authenticity of the people who live there and the power of being together for a full week, learning, stretching and growing as a group and individually, magic is bound to happen.
Not only will you get home rested and “expanded” and with a wealth of new tools that you will be able to use right away, but (possibly more importantly) you will get back on that plane with a brand new set of eyes, a new way of LOOKING at the world, of looking at YOUR world. And because you will SEE your world differently, your world will respond by BECOMING different.
Between the Beauty of the place, the Ease, Warmth and Authenticity of the people who live there and the power of being together for a full week, learning, stretching and growing as a group and individually, magic is bound to happen.

In a crazy beautiful setting, while we have a really great time and while we eat delicious food prepared just for us, I am going to guide you in making the changes you need to create a vibrant, authentic and fully engaged life. A life where you wake up in the morning full of quietly excited anticipation, where you experience and share joy throughout your day and then go to bed at night, bathed in a strong sense of peace. A life where, because you are able to, you contribute to those around you.
And because working on our life is really great but PLAYING and BEAUTY and FUN are really important too, we are going to do this in a beautiful place, by a gorgeous beach, with our own swimming pool, in a wonderful little fishing town, and hanging around way cool people.
In addition to the time we spend in class, and by virtue of the affordability of life down there we will get to experience yourself as greatly Abundant. There is something about amping up this particular Essence which is very important and affecting. As a few examples, a nice dinner will rarely cost you more than $15 and you can definitely enjoy plenty of yumminess for about $5. One of the best massages I ever received cost me $30 – including a generous tip!

We will gather in a sweet, rustic, safe and calm fishing village, about 40 miles south of Puerto Vallarta in an area called Costa Alegre, which means Happy Coast. I have fallen in love with the place and its people over the year – and think of it now as my second home.
Most breakfasts and lunches – as well as our welcome dinner - will be prepared for us at home.

THE COURSE
During our time together, I will share with you my “Essential Happiness Program.”
The course is designed to challenge you as well as support you. Throughout the week, you will be guided towards discovering (or re-discovering) a new level of intimacy with your authentic self. You will be given simple yet powerful tools to help you create a life that lines up with that "true you."
Increased levels of Creativity, Self Expression, Joy, Connection, and Calm Power are the by products of this intensive course.
Note: several of the techniques you will learn can easily be shared with other people in your life, something which we encourage.
We have made sure to create a balance of class time and “play, rest or explore” time. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to walk around with our group or go out on your own, if you’d like.

TUITION
TUITION Your tuition includes: - My full “Essential Happiness” course, with a couple extra surprises - Seven nights in our beautiful Mexican villa, - Homemade prepared breakfasts and lunches, and two dinners Mostly, it includes TRANSFORMATION. Your tuition does not include: - Transportation to and from the Retreat - Meals away from home - Alcohol - Tours Following your Retreat, and to maximize its benefits, I also offer a Post Retreat Coaching Package NOTE: 10% discount is applied when you complete your booking by September 1, 2020. Because the space is limited, the sooner you reserve your spot with your 50% deposit, the better. The balance is due 60 days before the first day of the Retreat.
Because of the timing of this Retreat you will have until November 1 to cancel your reservation due to COVID 19 - and receive a FULL refund. After November 1, regular Retreats policy apply, and your tuition is not refundable. ***We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance which covers emergency medical treatment, evacuation, and trip cancellation.*** |

TRAVEL INFO
The most direct route is to fly to Manzanillo Airport (ZLO). Manzanillo Airport is approximately 45 minutes south of La Manzanilla. Then you take a taxi from the airport. Taxis are approximately $50 USD each way (often split between guests) and there are plenty of taxis available as you exit the airport. There is no direct bus service from the airport to La Manzanilla.
***IMPORTANT: There are no ATMs in La Manzanilla and no one accepts debit cards. Once we’re there, it’s all pesos, baby!
