Well, life is funny. After procrastinating about birthing this podcast, I thought I would give it one more test. So, a few days ago, I sent "one more test" to myself ... or so I thought. Within minutes, this not-quite-finished first episode was in hundreds of inboxes. Wrong button. No way to get it back. All I could do with sit there, a bit deflated about my podcast's one chance to make a great first impression. Oh well. And really, I know better than to assume that the perfect timing is the timing I planned. Life knows better, too. In the spirit of still allowing myself a bit of launching excitement, I will now hit a virtual drum roll, and announce that here it is: My Essential Happiness Podcast. My vision is to, once in a while, pop up for just a few minutes and share with you some stories, mine or others'. Really, just show up into your life , and leave it just a bit better than I found it. That's it. And if you have any idea, suggestion, questions, cool people I should bring on the air with me, please please let me know! Also, as I did quite a bit of learning before I embarked into this, I learned that if was important to ask my listeners to subscribe to the show on iTunes and to leave a review. So, if you are up for that, I would love it. And with no further delay, here is our Episode #2. This Episode is about a little girl who did a whole lot of growing up between school and home, one day. It's about a loss of innocence - and about learning how to stay true to our own colors, even when someone wants to smear dirty paint all over us. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you for sharing this personal deep seeded processing you experienced. When we our truth is not heard or understood it can feel very uncomfortable and completely unnatural. Digging deep to find the seed of triggered emotions is an important key in helping us heal and move through the discomfort. Thank you.

thank you for sharing your 'transparent situations' that just put some of 'my stuff' in perspective. Hugs
