On Running Away
Born from a conversation I had with my son, this morning.
It is easy to think that to get on a plane, change our name, our job, or more will allow us to leave it all behind: the agreements, the expectations, the patterns.
It took me decades to realize that while I thought I was running the other direction, I was actually running headlong towards what I was trying to escape.
I would love to hear your thoughts and own experiences about this.
