It is so easy to hold back on a compliment, a heartfelt kind word. Maybe we feel shy, maybe we think "they've heard it before." Who knows...

Fact is, I don't know that anyone has ever regretted expressing - or hearing - what a good job was they were doing.

In this case, three little words pretty much changed the direction of my life.
