Relax, Review & Renew Happiness in the Sun Retreat
Costa Alegre, Mexico
January 23 to 30, 2021
We LOVE our Alumni Retreats!
“My experience has been life changing. Not only did I experience new things but I learned a lot about life, love and myself. It is work, but at the same time it was almost effortless and came very natural. I just feel like it has allowed me to find my sunshine within, and I will take it with me.”
Available only to Retreat Alumni and their well-suited guests, these special Retreats are made of a sweet blend of vacation, and deeper exploration of our work. Because we are (mostly) surrounded with people who speak this common language, there is an instant sense of comfort and safety. This allows for whatever wants to come up to land in a safe container and do just what it needs.
During these very special weeks together, we can be working on our own projects - writing, painting, sculpting, napping - comfortable in our beautiful villa overlooking the jungle, while being fed delicious food and enjoying each other's company.
Two morning classes (three, if I feel that it will be helpful) to help us review the work we have done together, deepen it, energize it and maybe add to it. Individual coaching, too.
Plenty of time to take in the Essences of the village, slow down our walking pace, let the joy of the sights and sounds soak through us, and of course, let the sun warm our winter bodies.
It has been a huge treat, and we are excited to do it again. At a happy price.
This Retreat is for Retreat alumni and their well-suited guests only.
Relax.
The pool, the beach, the palapa. The meals prepared and served at home. The pace. The place.
Review.
Two mornings of classes and personal coaching. Also, time with a group of people who use the same tools and have done the same work.
Renew.
Connect with a creative project, reconnect with yourself. Rest. Write. Be. Discover.

“It continues to amaze me how easily and deeply I can let go and let in the beauty and connection of these retreat spaces and communities. Laura’s authentic and personalized attention to everyone’s experience is profound and the group work provides a foundation for growth that continues well beyond the work of a single week. Thank you, again, Laura for such a beautiful and supportive container.”
We will live in a sweet, rustic, safe and serenely joyous fishing village, about 40 miles south of Puerto Vallarta in an area called Costa Alegre, which means Happy Coast (yep, yep). I have fallen in love with the place and its people over the year and a piece of my heart lives there year-round.
When not reveling in the comfort of our home, you will be able to go snorkeling or whale watching, tour the mangrove, eat delicious food right on the beach, paddle board, kayak, walk for miles on the magnificent beach, receive a massage, take in the most heart melting sunsets, watch the pelicans dive and do their dance with the fishermen, swim or explore neighboring villages and markets. To me, this is pretty darn close to paradise.
