My Retreats are part vacation, part life-changing learning.
Always infused with the Essences of Community, Adventure, Joy, and Growth. Some will feed the artist in you (whether you know it's there or not) and some will lead you deeply closer to YOU. All will inspire you.
I have had the immense joy of creating Essential Happiness Retreats in my favorite places on this planet, and thus sharing them as well as life-changing tools with hundreds of guests.
From a small village in the south of France to a medieval town overlooking the Mediterranean sea in Italy, from a tiny fishing village in Mexico to a beloved and little-known island in the Caribbean, and also another island in Washington, my cup is full and rich.
While I am currently not offering the full Essential Happiness Retreats, I believe that you will find my shorter programs to be powerful and transformative.
I am so smitten with my new home country, Mexico, that this is the place where I am currently hosting Retreats and classes ... although I know there is one in Paris brewing in the back of my mind and heart.
